We invite you to take an active role in your child’s education by joining the Xavier Parent Faculty Association (PFA). Parent involvement is essential for a successful school year—and we need your help!
Ways to Get Involved:
- Attend Monthly PFA Meetings
PFA meetings are a great way to stay informed and support Xavier. We review funding
requests, plan events, and brainstorm ideas to support students and teachers.
• Summer meetings are scheduled for July 9th and August 13th at 3pm, and will be held at First Federal Park (across the street from the school).
• Meetings during the school year are typically held Wednesdays at 3:10 PM in the library (subject to change).
• Children are welcome to attend with quiet activities.
• Dates are posted on the school calendar and in the weekly Monday bulletin. - Fill Out the Volunteer Survey
Let us know how you’d like to help! This just helps us contact you as needs come up—it’s not a firm commitment. Please follow this link to fill out the form. - Attend School Board Meetings
These are open to all and listed on the school calendar. A great way to stay informed!
What Does the PFA Do?
- Funds items for teachers and students: coffee, water coolers, classroom materials, instruments, science models, sound equipment, books, playground supplies, and more.
- Hosts events like the Back to School Bash, Teacher Appreciation Week, and family nights.
- Supports teachers and advocates for families.
Xavier thrives because of our dedicated staff—and involved families like you. Please help us continue that tradition by joining the PFA!
