7th – 12th Grade Student Checkout and End-of-year Procedures

7th – 12th  graders will have the following dates and times to pick up personal items and return school supplies such as textbooks and classroom materials that are the property of Xavier Charter School.  The doors of the teachers’ classrooms will be open so that students will be able to drop off school items in the appropriate classrooms. All students will fill out a textbook form in the teacher’s classroom indicating the books and supplies they returned.  If a student has lost or damaged school supplies a bill will be mailed out during the week of June 1st. Any items that are left in lockers will be either given away or discarded.  Our maintenance staff will clean student lockers.  Final Grades will be posted after June 5th on PowerSchool.  If you would like a printed copy please notify the office during the week of June 1st.

Student/Parent/Guardian Protocols for Personal Item Pick Up and School Supply Drop Off

The following protocols will be in place on May 27th and May 28th as student/parents/guardians return to school to pick up personal items and drop off school supplies.

  1.  If you are vulnerable to Covid-19 or showing any of the following symptoms and unable to return to campus during scheduled times, please contact the school and make alternative arrangements. 
    1. Symptoms:
      1. Fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell
  • Guidelines for building access
    • Staggered scheduling is being implemented to limit the number of people in the building at a given time
    • Use hand sanitizer upon entering and exiting the building
    • Wearing cloth facemasks is recommended to help slow the spread of the virus
    • Cover coughs and sneezes
    • Social distancing is in effect: stay at least 6 feet away from other individuals in the building
