Butterbraids –Thank you parents for all of your support! In addition, a BIG thank you to Diana Wettstein for the countless hours she has volunteered to make this year’s Butterbraid a success!

The Butterbraids will be distributed Wednesday, November 6 from 3:00-4:30. An adult must pick up the order. We will NOT send orders home with students or on the bus. If you cannot come during that time, please ask an adult friend or family member to pick them up, as there is nowhere to store them at the school.

PFA meeting is this Thursday 11/7 at 3:15pm in the library.  Join us and find out ways to get more involved!

Spirit Nights: Skip making dinner and doing dishes for the evening while supporting our school.  Bring your whole crew on 11/19 at Chick Fil A from 5-8pm and 12/18 at Culvers from 4-8pm.

Box tops:  Thank you to everyone who sent in box tops!  We collected 1,150 bringing Xavier’s lifetime total earned to $11,499.  Please download the new Box Tops for Education App and start scanning your receipts to keep earning for Xavier

Dress-Up Day: Friday, November 8th-Theme: 1920s

Mingle & Jingle Vendor Show– Each December Xavier hosts a vendor show to raise money for the three character scholarships awarded at graduation.  We are preparing for this event now and we have some openings for vendor booths.  If you are interested in joining us as a vendor, please contact Renee Robbins at rrobbins@xaviercharter.org

Math Game Night for K-6 Families:  Come play some math games with your child and take the games home with you.

When:  Thursday, Nov. 14

Games between 6:00 – 7:00 pm in child’s K-6 classroom

Dinner for purchase between 5:30 – 7:00 pm in the Cafeteria – Dinner is provided by the Travel Club as a fundraiser and costs $5.00 per person.  The meal includes spaghetti, salad, garlic bread, dessert & drink.

Board– There will be board service informational meetings each month prior to the regularly scheduled board meetings through May.  The meetings will begin at 5:30 PM for individuals interested in serving on the school board and running for election in May.  The first meeting will take place on Thursday, September 19th at 5:30 PM in room 222.
