Explanation of College and University Documents


The following set of documents and their descriptions have been provided here at the Xavier Charter School website and in hard copy format in the front lobby at Xavier Charter School. 
  1. The Xavier Charter School Profile is a description of Xavier Charter School, its achievements, and the universities that are being represented by its graduates.  Many universities are requesting this type of document.
  2. University Application Checklist (College Board) is document provided by the College Board organization.  It is simply a checklist of all of the tasks that should be completed by a student to gain entrance to their university of choice. 
  3. Financial Aid Checklist (College Board) is document provided by the College Board organization.  It is simply a checklist of all of the tasks that should be completed by a student to access all of the funds/scholarships etc. prior to going to college.    
  4. Filling out FAFSA is a set of instructions on how to access Federal student aid.  All students should apply for FAFSA as this information is utilized by most Universities in assessing a family’s income and eligibility for both Federal Aid and other scholarships. 
  5. Idaho WICHE and WUE information is a pamphlet on accessing in state tuition in other Western states without having to establish state residency. 
  6. The College and University Planning Websites document is a list of the websites that the Xavier Administration as found to be most useful during the college and university application process. 
  7. The University File is a section out of our Senior Classical Compendium (Xavier’s version of the Idaho Senior Project) binder.  It details a list of the documents students should complete during their second semester of their Junior year in their Senior Classical Compendium Class with Mrs. Copp.
